Bright Star Pancake Tutu

A stunning pancake style tutu with a velvet torso and skirt overlay.  The skirt sports a star shaped pattern over layers of white tulle.   The velvet torso has a swish pattern in sparkly glitter.  Stockings and slippers are available to purchase separately.
