Penguin Pancake Tutu - Animal Dressup Costume

A design inspired by the penguin, this black and white tutu is simply gorgeous.  With a Large red bow on the neckline and sequin detailing.  The long sleeves are finished off with large white cuffs, and the torso has sequin buttons.
