This stunning tutu is fashioned in crystal foil fabric, sparkling and shiny great for performances.  The skirt is comprised of multiple layers, and edged with matching foil fabric. The tulle in the skirt provides a pancake style look to this children's tutu.  Available in a number of great colours.  Slippers and stockings available to purchase separately.
